Many Organizations are faced with time management problems such as late coming, leaving early from work and absenteeism. This research study looked at how Flexible work arrangements can decrease these time management problems whilst increasing job satisfaction and performance. Flexible work arrangements allow employees to balance their work and life commitments. Creating a balance between employees work and life can decrease time management problems. A flexible work arrangement can lead to increased job satisfaction and performance which benefits both the employer and the employee. A quantitative research approach was employed with online questionnaires being distributed using QuestionPro, an online survey tool. Using the simple random sampling technique, a sample size of 92 employees were requested to participate in the survey, 62% of these participants completed the online questionnaire. Data analysis, using SPSS, revealed that Flexible work arrangements is preferred amongst the majority of employees and that a significant positive relationship exists between flexible work arrangements as the independent variable and job satisfaction and performance as the dependant variable amongst employees of all ages. The availability of Flexible work arrangements enriches work-life balance which increases job satisfaction and performance.en_US
